This part can be challenging but breaking it down will help ease that overwhelming feeling. Which tasks on the list are you able to do yourself? Which ones require a contractor? Start with the smaller attainable goals and work your way down. Doing this, you will feel a sense of accomplishment as you are able to check things off the list. Remember for some tasks google and youtube can be your best friend, just leave the tasks that require an expertise to the professionals.
